To receive a parcel you need a referral voucher from a GP, Children’s Centre or the Citizens Advice Bureau. The Citizens Advice Bureau (see number in listing below) is currently sending vouchers digitally due to the Advice Centre being closed.
This is a service specifically in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
